The Cauzly services consist of a social fundraising platform for use by individuals, nonprofits, and companies. Registered users may use the Website to communicate, engage, socialize, share and donate to their favorite causes via nonprofit profiles and fundraising campaigns. The Cauzly service encourages users to register through the Website and to use the platform to advise others in the user's personal and business circles as well as through the user's social networks about causes and fundraising opportunities. Cauzly registered users are responsible for all data and service charges from their mobile service providers (if any).


Rules, Responsibilities and Obligations Users agree to not use the services to:

Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as a marketplace or classifieds) that are designated for promotional purpose;

Cauzly does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. By using the Website or the services, you represent that you are over the age of 16 years old. If under the age of 16 years old but not younger than 13 years old, you have parental consent to use the Cauzly Website and all provided services.

Cauzly shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Cauzly Website and services, including messages and statistics, to determine compliance with these terms and conditions and any operating rules established by Cauzly and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request.
